Torrone Di Tonara has the unique characteristic of being produced only with Sardinian honey, without added sugars, this is the secret to a perfectly soft nougat.
Try putting our nougat in the freezer, freeze it and then enjoy it cold. The low temperature enhances all the flavors of honey and dried fruit. The cold dampens the purely sugary tones and the taste and aroma of the essences, contained in honey and dried fruit, are released in your mouth. The only nougat that is a friend of the cold is the one made exclusively with honey.
