Since 1967 in Pula in the south of Sardinia, the classic artisanal Panettone di Pula has been produced with raisins and candied citrus peel (orange, citron and lemon), garnished with icing, granulated sugar and peeled almonds without LACTOSE.
The classic artisanal panettone is characterized by a soft and fluffy dough, an intense yellow color and a scent of eggs, butter, citrus fruits, vanilla and sugar.

Wheat flour, sugar, anhydrous butter* (20%), sultanas (10%), candied orange peels (10%) (orange peels, glucose syrup, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid), chicken eggs (4.5%), egg yolk (3.5%), natural yeast (wheat), citrus fibres, dextrose, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, brewer's yeast.
ICING INGREDIENTS (10%): Sugar, egg white, rice flour, sunflower seed oil, maltodextrin, flavourings.
GARNISHING INGREDIENTS: Granulated sugar, almonds (2%).
May contain traces of: Nuts and soya.
