Sardinian Citrus Honey
Sardinian citrus honey comes from the flowers of different Citrus plants such as orange, bergamot, citron, lemon, mandarin. It is a uni-floral honey that is mainly produced in Sardinia. With its intense aroma, it has a very light color that tends to white as it crystallizes.
This honey has a great aromatic intensity, between floral and fruity, which makes it slightly acidic.
It has antispasmodic and sedative properties.
So you can use it in cases of insomnia, migraines or in very anxious subjects. Honey usually has beneficial effects on subjects who suffer from ulcers.
Specifically, citrus honey, having healing properties, is particularly suitable for alleviating the symptoms of ulcers.
