 Product Properties:
 In compliance with the official specifications, Pecorino Sardo Maturo DOP is born. A versatile cheese, excellent with jams and sauces, especially spicy ones.
 Pecorino with a strong flavour, pleasantly spicy and a slightly straw-coloured, compact and moderately eyed white paste.
 Aged for approximately 7 months in rooms with a controlled temperature of 10/11°C and 83/85% humidity.
