Cixerri Aged Pecorino Cheese is a typical Sardinian food product of high quality that is distinguished by its raw, white and slightly eyed paste. With a tasty and slightly spicy flavor, it is perfect to be served as the protagonist of a cutting board or as a final treat of a meal. It is advisable to use the cheese at room temperature, after having left it to oxygenate for at least 30 minutes. The average maturation of 6 months translates into a product with an intense flavor and great quality.


Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments (egg lysozyme).
