Pork Fillet is a fine and unique product typical of Sardinia. Made with the finest part of the adult pig, it is flavored and matured for 20 days to achieve the perfect balance between sweet and slightly peppery flavour. It comes in slices of around 250g each, but the whole portion can weigh up to a maximum of 600g. An authentic delight for the most demanding palates and lovers of Sardinian tradition.
