Typical dessert from Arbondense (Oristano), "Mosticciolo" has its origins in the sixteenth century. Even today, the "Mostaccioli Oristano" of the Mattu brothers of Simaxis produces it using natural and genuine ingredients, scrupulously following the ancient recipe tested in over 400 years of tradition.
Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour, sugar, water, brewer's yeast, cinnamon and lemon.

Salve, abito in Toscana. Ho assaggiato oggi i vostri Mostaccioli e vi confesso che se non mi fermava mia moglie, facevo fuori tutta la confezione. Sono buonissimi, poveri di grassi ed un gusto unico. Si sciolgono in bocca. Vi faccio i complimenti perché è uno dei dolci più buoni che ho assaggiato!
