Acetificio Remigio Spiga produces, in collaboration, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
 The product is obtained with traditional technology from grape musts coming from particular vines with the addition of wine vinegar.
 The appearance is clear and bright and the colour is intense brown.
 The smell is characteristic, persistent, intense and delicate, pleasantly acetic.
 The sweet and sour flavour is balanced and pleasant.
 Total acidity is 6%
